Dr. Michael Monsour
Chairman

Michael Monsour graduated from the University of Qld in 1977 in medicine with honours. 

He is the owner of several medical centers and a dental clinic in Queensland. He operates a medical management company which provides management support to medical practitioners. He is the principle of Godbar Software (established 1988) which is one of Australia's leading software developers of Occupational Health and Safety and Medical Accounting software packages in Australia. 

He is a board member of the South Queensland Rural Division of General Practitioners. He is currently Chairman of Analytica Ltd and a Director of CBio Limited, Australian Biofund Investments Limited (Hong Kong), and Australian Technology Innovation Fund Limited.

Ross Mangelsdorf

Ross Mangelsdorf B.Bus FCA is a director of a land development company and a chartered accounting firm. Ross has been a director/partner for 25 years including 4 years with Touche Ross & Co. Ross works with SME production, manufacturing and retail firms assisting with business, taxation and management services. For a number of firms he takes the role of CFO.

Stephen Jones

Director

Stephen Jones is a corporate recovery and turn-around specialist.  He has extensive hands-on management experience in challenged companies.  He has been mainly involved in corporate recovery and reconstruction – including International Card Systems Australia Limited, a credit card provider; Greyhound Pioneer Australia Limited (Transport and Tourism); and Bresagen Limited (Biotechnology).

He has been involved with several public capital raisings totalling in excess of $100,000,000 and was a Director of Fortune Advanced Technologies Pty Ltd, Retirewise Capital Australia Ltd, Ingot Capital Management Pty Ltd, and other funds management and venture capital companies.

Mr Jones has served on the Boards of several listed public companies including Greyhound Pioneer Australia Limited, Analytica Limited, Psiron Limited and BresaGen Limited, and is a director of Australian Technology Innovation Fund Limited and CBio Limited.  His personal bio may be found in Who’s Who in Australia 2007 edition.

Michelle has over three years' experience as a solicitor and governance professional and currently works for Company Matters Pty Limited.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW.
